2. Services Offered
We provide residential and light commercial cleaning services including, but not limited to:
- Air duct and furnace system cleaning
- Dryer vent cleaning
- AC evaporator coil cleaning
- Sale and installation of air quality products (humidifiers, filters, bird guards, vent accessories)
Services are available in Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, subject to technician availability in your area.
3. Booking & Appointments
- Bookings may be made by phone, online form, or email.
- We will confirm your appointment by phone or email within 1 business day.
- Same-day bookings are available subject to technician availability.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to technician unavailability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will give you as much notice as possible.
- Please ensure an adult (18+) is present at the time of service.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Emergency situations are handled at our discretion — please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A service quote will be confirmed with you prior to commencement of work.
- Final pricing may vary if additional work is required beyond the original scope (we will advise you before proceeding).
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior arrangement has been made.
- We accept cash, e-transfer, major credit cards, and debit.
- Product prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
The guarantee applies to the quality of the cleaning service performed. It does not cover pre-existing equipment defects, damage caused by factors outside our control, or issues unrelated to our scope of work.
7. Access & Property
- You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service.
- Please ensure pets are secured and the work area is reasonably clear before our arrival.
- We are not responsible for damage to items left in or near the work area that were not disclosed at the time of booking.
- Our technicians will treat your property with care and clean up after themselves.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost income, appliance replacement costs) unless directly caused by our proven negligence.
- We carry general liability insurance — certificate available upon request.
9. Product Returns & Warranty
- Washable air filters sold by us carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Other products carry the manufacturer's warranty as applicable.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
- Custom-ordered or installed products are non-returnable once installed.
10. Use of Website
- You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the site.
